¿What is GESTBUILD+?

Gestbuild + is an integrated solution for building professionals, which brings together three fundamentals areas : professional administrative management,execution management and management of quality control of building works

Gestbuild + is a development cofunded by the FEDER, within the operating program of FEDER of the Community Valencian in the project GESBUILD presented in the program IMPIVA I+D for PYMES.

It has been developed in collaboration with the Foundation ITL, to ensure adequate and continuous updating of content. Currently the tool provides more than 500 files, checklists and assistants in accordance to existing legislation of Technical Building Code.

This solution also integrates robust solutions of Digital Signature of documents for the professional to sign the documents and blueprints of their projects, and connect telematically to Professional Colleges and Public Administration, facilitating send and management of their work without having to travel outside the office.

GestBuild+ is the only tool that unifies the administration of the office with professional technical activity. Unlike other tools GestBuild+ is an electronic management tool of documents and digital signature that allows the professional to optimize time and cost savings.

How does GestBuild+ work?

The system GestBuild+ has the technical contents that allow to generate basic checklists for quality control, guaranteeing the technical adequacy of each phase of execution of the work and compliance with current legislation. GestBuild+ allows the professional modeling a building, identifying the different elements that compose the building, qualify and quantify. Once the building modeled is done the control of the execution / quality documents are generated. The professional will have the warranty that compliance of checks produced by GestBuild+ implies compliance with current legislation, because the content is always up to date.

What does Gestbuild+ offer?

Professional management: Professional management as enterprise

  • Management of work / projects. Economic data, dates, administrative data and documentation, Customer and supplier management, agents related with the work. Builders, developers, other professionals ...
  • Billing issued. Billing received. Receipts, payments. Economic and fiscal Listings.
  • Data link to general level with organisms.
  • Current legislation: Repository that will store the documents with effective legislation. This issue is not implemented in the databases of CSD and is for internal use by ITL.
  • Suggestions: The application will have a module for managing user feedback, this suggestions can be sent by email.

Management of the Execution of the Building lot:

  • Control of execution of the Building following the rules and philosophy of the CTE and using sheets, checklists, diagrams, etc. provided for the fundation ITL.
  • Allows to model a Building site from the database that leads incorporated into the program in which allows to define the various processes that comprise, structures, decks, enclosures, etc. Allows editing or customization of the same.
  • Generate guidance for the control of execution as a checklist, establishing milestones and detailed points control.

Document management of quality of the work:

  • Allows you to automatically generate the list of controls and documentation necessary to justify quality control required by current regulations, both of the technical code as of other current legislation.
  • The user has more than 500 technical data for the quality control based on current regulations and updated by the Foundation ITL.
  • It has 500 technical assistants of control of quality .
  • Generation of documents as technical code. In the receipt of materials and services, as well as finishing the different phases of the work.

  • Generation of documentation and paperwork college.
