General information

What is it?:

LexIS is an Information System for the Management of Legal Records. It is built using a Web application consisting of a series of vertical and horizontal modules that support a comprehensive case management for legal entities both in advisory and in contentious matters.

Records Management:

This Information System is currently deployed in the Attorney General of Generalitat Valenciana (AGG) and the Valencia`s City Council, in the unity of legal advice.
LexIS makes easy the management of jurisdictional and consulting record by the following modules:

Jurisdictional Records Management
  • Creating a new jurisdictional record.
  • Automatic generation of record number.
  • Management of jurisdictional record processing.
  • Association of proceedings to the proceedings, termination and resources.
Management of Consultative Records

Functional Organization:

The functionality of the system organizes into different modules, grouped by their function:

  • Vertical modules, which correspond with the functionalities of the management of contentious and advisory records.
  • Módulos horizontales, actúan como servicio general para todo el sistema. Algunos de ellos tendrán interfaz con el usuario y otros serán un proceso transparente para el usuario.
  • Horizontal modules act as general service for the entire system. Some of them will interface with the user and others will be a transparent process for the user.
From the "vertical" standpoint we will divide into the following modules:
